Are you an active clinician?

Yes, I continue to be an active clinician, including performing pain management injections and surgeries, as I have practiced since 2013.

What are the most common cases on which you are consulted?

I am frequently consulted on issues of causation. I have been involved as an expert on a variety of musculoskeletal cases — cases included indications for procedures performed and standard of care. The causation cases have frequently involved auto and related work claims. I interpret the musculoskeletal scientific literature and make a clear distinction between exacerbation, aggravation, and causation of injury and disease.

Do you conduct Independent Medical Evaluations?

Yes. My opinion is unbiased and objective as it relates to causation, impairment, and disability.

Have you ever been disqualified as an Expert? Faced a Daubet challenge?

Neither.

Are you available to work as an expert witness for both plaintiff and defense?

Yes.

What additional training do you have?

I have completed several courses on performing IMEs, testifying, expert witness report writing, medical malpractice report writing, medical billing and coding, and the California Medical Board expert reviewer course. I have also built a pain management practice from the ground up.
